We were
super impressed in the beginning
with the knowledge a d
professionalism if REVCITY.
However, after we paid the
initial money we didn’t receive
anything at all for over a
month. When we reached back out,
we found out that the manager we
were working with had been let
go. At that point we asked for a
refund instead of moving forward
since our plans timing was no
longer possible. We were assured
that we would receive a refund.
We never got it. After several
times of asking for it, they
stopped responding and we had to
file a fraudulent charge with
our bank in order to get our
money back. We are VERY
unsatisfied and wouldn’t
recommend working this
company.

REVCITY to help launch my
ecommerce business and get
things rolling. One thing I
quickly learned is that I
didn’t have any good
lifestyle photos. REVCITY let me
know they have a photography and
videography service available. I
decided I needed to start off on
the right foot with some great
photos and videos. Everything
was planned (locations, models,
etc.) and I asked to be on
location at the photoshoot. I
was amazed at the detail given
to the four hour photoshoot. It
